Millicent graduated from the University of Sierra Leone with a Bachelor of Arts degree before pursuing a law degree from the University of London. She was called to the Sierra Leone Bar Association in 2004. She has a well-developed legal portfolio comprising Civil and Corporate law, International Arbitration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Regulatory compliance, Civil Litigation, Banking, and Energy and Mining law. Millicent's extensive legal experience includes working with a variety of clients on a wide range of legal transactions. This, coupled with her excellent communication skills, enables her to maintain a uniquely individual and targeted approach to deliver consistent value to her clients. Moreover, Millicent understands the regulatory and compliance aspects of Telecoms, Mining and Finance law, which equips her with the necessary professional knowledge to provide excellent and experienced counsel to clients in the region and internationally. She is a member of the Sierra Leone Bar Association, The International Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Our paralegal, Umu, works under the supervision of lawyers at the firm and performs tasks such as legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client communication. She plays a vital role in the firm by supporting lawyers and helping ensure that legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
Our records clerk and Office Manager ensure that files are properly organized, labelled, and stored away. Jack is also responsible for transporting files to different locations and other law firms, ensuring proper confidential procedures are followed. Jack is detail-orientated and organized, so when a paralegal or lawyer needs to access a file, they can find it easily.
